Matthias Sander

Matthias is an Operating Partner at BC Partners in London. He works with portfolio companies on driving value creation, with a focus on commercial effectiveness and cost excellence, and is actively contributing to making new investments. Among others, Matthias was involved with Elysium Healthcare, VetPartners, PlusServer, Ceramtec and Antelliq.
 
Previously, Matthias was part of the management team at the Talis Group and worked as a consultant at Booz & Co and Roland Berger, mostly in PE value creation, restructuring and post-merger integration. He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an MSc from the Leipzig Graduate School of Business.
