This Nordic TopLine Power® Breakfast Club event will focus on how companies are able to establish effective channel strategy in order to unlock sales growth from partners. At the meeting, we will share insights into how to define targets per channel, segment partners according to incentive level sensitivity and performance and incorporate effective discounting and non-discounting incentives. At the breakfast meeting, we will share methodology and tool examples.
