As the restaurant industry starts to adjust to a post pandemic world, there are many business strategies that will need to be adapted to the new normal. Restaurants must conform to consumers evolving needs and behaviors. Adapting to the changing consumer landscape will also create new challenges on the industry. Join Simon-Kucher & Partners’ Interactive Restaurant Executive Roundtable as we share our perspective with each other on consumers eating preferences, order & pick-up experiences, and delivery expectations.

This 90-minute interactive Roundtable will also allow for executives from top companies to discuss & learn from each other on how they think customer needs & behavior will change permanently as a result of COVID-19. Using our recently launched virtual enablement experience, we are excited to facilitate small virtual working group sessions that will allow participants to identify shared market challenges & collaborate in developing strategies to address them.
